The Digital Product Passport, or DPP, is one of the tools through which the European Union aims to make product information more accessible across the European market: what materials products are made of, how they can be maintained or repaired, and what can happen to them at the end of their use.
CBAM – the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism is the European Union’s mechanism for adjusting the carbon cost at the border. It aims to ensure that certain products imported into the EU face a carbon cost comparable to that borne by European producers under the EU ETS.
